Heather Tingle

Heather Tingle is the founder of Untangled by Tingle, and has been a member of The Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers since 2016.

Overcoming trauma and abuse, she decluttered her hoarded home and found a new, calmer and more content way to live. She now supports clients in person and online using her TradeMarked PAVES System to achieve happier, streamlined lives regardless of their challenges or circumstances. She describes herself as a naturally messy person, autistic, and totally unshockable.

Heather has delivered Hoarding awareness training for a national charity, and hundreds of clients. She is the decluttering expert for BBC Radio Sheffield.

When she isn’t working Heather can be found either sat on the sofa drinking tea, watching Netflix with her daughter and semi feral tabby cats, or out walking in the Peak District with her daft cocker spaniel.

Emma Sailes

Emma Sails helps neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent children understand and accept their neurodivergent brains, supporting them to move forward and achieve what they want in life, and to feel confident and happy.

When Emma found out about her own neurodivergence aged 35, everything changed for her. ADHD and autism gave Emma an answer to a lot of the struggles she'd faced throughout her life, and once she had that answer she changed her career so that she could support others who are on the same journey. Her ultimate goal is to spread awareness as widely as possible, to make it easier for her son and other neurodivergent children like him to thrive as they grow up, and to not face the struggles that she did.

Emma Sails (ACC), is AuDHD, and an ICF accredited neurodivergent coach. When she was half way through her last house move (of 15 moves) everything fell through, and she was inspired to write a book as a result of that.
